These muffins are my favorite! Not only are they super easy to make they take less than 30 minutes to make. You will have a quick mouth watering, protein packed snack that you don’t have to feel badly about. Thanks to Kodiak Cakes for the initial recipe and see below on some of my modifications.
- Mix 2 cups of Kodiak Cakes protein mix, with 1 cup of almond milk and 1/4 cup olive oil, add some cinnamon and bam you are ready to bake.
- Pour mixture into muffin tin (makes 12 muffins)
- Place into oven and cook for 15 minutes at 350 degrees and then patiently wait for these mouth watering muffins.
