15 Spring Wardrobe and Accessories Pieces Under $100

March 20, 2018

Happy official first day of spring (even though nor’easter #4 is on its way)!

Wow, probably one of the hardest blog post to date. Why? Because how can you narrow down a few of your favorites spring items?! This post easily could have been titled, 50 Spring Wardrobe and Accessories Pieces Under $100 but I thought that would be a bit overkill. Spring has officially arrived, which means we have plenty of time to review additional “non-list” makers in the next upcoming months.

Below you will find my narrowed down list of my top favorite spring items to date under $100. I wanted to grab a variety of ideas, so you could effortlessly put together either an outfit or add one of these key pieces to your current wardrobe. Win/win!

Suede Envelope Clutch (Ann Taylor $98)

Comes in two colors; Baja Rose and Zambezi Teal. A perfect grab and go clutch that adds a pop of color to any ensemble. Very versatile for either day or night looks and it holds your essentials perfectly. I love that it fits in my oversized work bag and I can easily remove for a client dinner or date night with the hubby! Super vogueish.

Slub Knit Panama Hat (Treasure & Bond $39)

Quality, stunning hat for brunch, walking around outside or at your favorite vacation location. Very lightweight, trendy with any spring/summer attire. Comes in two colors; Chambray and Pink Crystal.

We The Free Skyline Thermal (Free People $68)

Long sleeve thermal tee that can be worn in multiple ways; off to one shoulder or double shoulder, which I love because you have options! Extremely comfortable and a perfect transitional piece. It can be worn with shorts or jeans. It is flattering for all body types. You won’t regret having this piece in your wardrobe. Comes in six colors; Strawberry, Military, Antique Rose, Black, Heather Grey, and Ivory.

Glitter Cora Crisscross Sandals (J.Crew $69.50)

Effortlessly add bling to any outfit. Yes, our blog is called Empowering In Heels; however, we can empower in all types of shoes… and so can you. Great price point and a very wearable sandal. Cannot wait for the warmer weather to head my way to be able to wear these beauties.

Tiered Tassel Earrings (J.Crew $38)

Love the added gold detail on these earrings. The tiered tassel adds fun to any outfit and they come in three colors: white, fiery sunset, and burnished gold. Super chic!

High Waist Boyfriend Cutoff Denim Shorts (Treasure & Bond $69)

Distressed jean shorts that are the perfect length. The shorts run big and I recommend going down one or two sizes (depending on how tight or lose you prefer to wear your shorts). From my previous jeans post, you know I am super obsessed with the distressed raw hem and love the same style in my shorts. Since it’s still a bit chilly during the springtime in Philadelphia, I wear long sleeves or any of the tops listed in this post.

Low-Rise Shorts – Harper (Abercrombie & Fitch $58)

Harper jeans are one of my favorites and their shorts are just as fabulous! Perfect for spring/summer with just the right amount of ripped details. They run true to size and come in multiple colors. I own several colors because these shorts are amazing and are very versatile with a variety of tops.

UA Vanish Joggers (Under Armour $75)

Never take a break when it comes to being stylish! There are so many amazing joggers on the market but these happen to be one of my favorites. They are very comfortable and breathable and are fitted but not overly tight. They run true to size and currently come in three other colors; black/black, anthracite/anthracite, and black/graphite. The added two-tone gives it some extra demotion to elevate your casual/lounge stylish wear.

2 in 1 Seamless Cami (Free People $30)

I have worn cami’s under my shirts ever since I broke my back. It’s like my security blanket. I have not been able to break this habit, but I love how multipurpose camis are. I can wear them as a stand-alone top with a cute skirt, under tops that might be somewhat see-through or wear them to add an extra layer to my look. I have a ton of camis and love them all. This one would be my favorite and it comes in six different colors to help elevate any outfit. Available colors are white, black, ballet, army, copper, and midnight. Great quality for the price and will be one of your favorite layering camis as well.

“Moonlight” Shorts Pajamas (Nordstrom Lingerie $55)

Who doesn’t love a great pajama set? These pajamas are very comfortable, breathable and super soft. I love my “fancy” pajamas, not too boyish and not too girly. Since I’m 5’11, I don’t have to worry about length for once like I do my winter pajamas. They run true to size and come in two colors; navy peacoat and black.

Clayton Brushed Fleece Wrap Top (Anthropologie $78)

A perfect top that can be dressed up or down. Wheatear you are wearing it over your tank-top for yoga class or wearing it with dress pants, it’s very versatile for any season and style. It currently comes in four colors; grey motif, coral, gold, and pink. I bet you will live in this sweater. AMAZING!!!

Morrison Sneaker (Naturalizer $89)

As I’m sure you have noticed in many of the photos I take – I love white walking loafers/sneakers. Since most of mine are over $150, I couldn’t write a blog post without adding one of my favorite staples to the mix. I found this alternative at Nordstrom. I like that it has the color block with the hint of gold on the heel. Of course, by the nature of their brand name, I am sure it will keep the foot very comfortable for all-day wear. This item is currently on its way to my house and I will be sure to update everyone with a full report on my thoughts.

Tiered Tie A-Line Skirt (Ann Taylor $79)

Who’s is ready for the yacht party? Elevate your spring wardrobe with this tiered layered skirt. Super feminine and ready for fun. Can easily be worn for work and/or pleasure. The skirt has belt loops to add an extra element to your outfit. When the weather warms up, know that I will be wearing this skirt on the regular. Runs true to size and comes in the Atlantic Navy color.

Mirrored Aviator Sunglasses (Ann Taylor $48)

I’ve had my fair share of sunglasses in my lifetime and for the past couple of seasons, Ann Taylor’s sunglasses have been my go-to for all styles. Their prices are reasonable, and they last. Feel free to click here to preview their assortment of sunglasses.

Bardot One Shoulder Ruffle Top (DO+BE $72)

Talk about a trendy top! Loving this one shoulder, ruffle detailed top. It runs true to size and fits in all the right places. Not too tight and not too baggy. It currently comes in two colors; black and light peach. Great top that can go from casual to evening in an instance. Perfect for spring and summer.

Drea Denim Dress (Sugarlips $98)

Playful dress for spring/summer with thicker straps and a tie at the top. I am 5’11 so the dress does seem to be almost too short for my taste. I choose to wear it with flats to off-set the illusion of it being even sorter. Great white dress for any spring/summer occasion. Super adorable!
